Who We Help

Age Groups and Life Stages

As a boutique practice, I believe I can offer the best therapy possible with a more narrow service offering.

Individuals

I use a one-on-one therapy approach to uncover and connect the relationships between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. My goal is to help you become more self aware so you can make positive changes that will lead you toward a happier, more fulfilling life.

Families

Families can encounter difficult times. Sometimes the best way to achieve peace and harmony is by working together to identify the problems, find solutions, and make adjustments. Whether you are facing a conflict or a divorce or adjusting to new dynamics, I can help you work through the changes.

Teens

I help adolescents navigate family and peer relationships and the demands of school, along with the stressors and typical challenges and angst associated with the teen years. I provide an open and accepting environment where they can communicate their needs and feelings without fear of judgment.

Young Adults

The beginning adult years are rife with uncertainty and struggles – life, careers, family, relationships. Adulting is challenging during this period of development. If you’re having trouble adjusting to life as a young adult, I can help you make changes to overcome the obstacles preventing you from living your fullest life.

Adults

I work with adults on a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to addiction, grief, trauma, and self-esteem. Whatever you are struggling with, I can help you find clarity and provide strategies so you can live the life you want to live.
